1. How long does it take to for my order to be processed?
This will depend on the type of gift we would be creating, we usually recommend a 7-10 day lead time. We would be able to offer a more precise time in your quote.
2. How do the gifts arrive?
All our gifts and hampers are packaged with cellophane paper and a ribbon. We ensure all the finishing touches are up to the mark.
3. Do you deliver?
We offer a postal, courier, collection and a delivery service (locally) depending on the client we can arrange this accordingly.
4. How do you customise the gifts?
We have a telephone consultation and understand the clients brief after which we suggest customising options.
5. What is the ordering process?
Please complete an enquiry form and we will be in touch with you. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and remainder to be paid before dispatch.
